alcatel one touch Y580 Custom FW??? - GSM-Forum

hi i would like to ask if there is a CFW for this modem that i can flash? a more generic one where you can add Profile/new apn. apparently the dashboard on my stock firmware is not capable of adding new apn.. i have not tried using different firmware on the official site cause im afraid it will brick my modem. any information will help alot.

go to alcatel support, download fw and flash It.

already done that.. all FW they offer will either give you an upgrade of the device(based on carrier used) or wont work. thats the reason i wanted a CFW of some sort. or a generic one.
