b310s-927 calling isnt working properly - GSM-Forum

Hi,

I have B310s-927 unlocked. currently using 21.328.03.00.00 even tried modified firmware from 4pda, calling always been unreliable. sometimes it works fine, sometimes it doesn't. network is good.

i did erased firmware via boot points to flash it as stock, but still same.

I also tried to keep network to 3g only still its doesn't work perfectly.

where as internet works fine.

I tried various firmware, modified firmware, web interface but it is same.

any help please? I do it for research, or learning purpose, not for monetary gain, please if someone can help

i will highly appreciate.

which country your b310?
are you use usbloader for unlock b310?

m from India. I have used usbloader of 315 .. Modified one, normal b310 usbloader didn't work. Mine router came with latest airtel firmware . 328.284 . if I recollected correctly the firmware number.

some problems with operator sim cards like airtel vodafone calling issue

i think i almost fixed it, by only choose band used by vodaphone, 3g band 2100 and 4g band 1800 and disabling 2g band.

i will test it for two days, so i can conclude.

yes. i thought so, and jio doesnt work in calling anyways.

it has network switching problem, 4g to 3g/2g and again back to 3g/2g to 4g ..

set modem network settings auto
when incoming calls appear then modem switch to 3g after call disconnect
modem switch to 4g network

Thanks for your reply.Problem still persist some problem. I have only vodaphone airtel. I will try other network

make sure your router mac address original
calling issue mostly accur on mac address

i have b310s-927 with the last firmware 21.323.03.00.1065

i tried to flash with Balong USB Downloader 1.0.1.10 but i always get this message.
0000: ED 05 FA 53 C0

now the modem is stuck in emergency mode ( no leds working and one COM port working )
and if i reset power form router it starts in emergency mode again with no leds and one COM port working

i tried all usbloader but the same result

If there is any solution... please help

try to repair IMEI .
