if i update with 21.318.99.03.00

so device both green lights on and never worked

imei write ok
sn write ok
webui write ok
but still both green lights on every time when charger connected

the problem comes after update with unlocked file

its version is 21.329.63.00.1456

this device come from zong if anyone have its stock firmware so plz share here
