Does the modem still connect to your provider?
Did you Enable Diagnositic Port first? .ie Select 'ZTE data cards' then click "Enable Diagnositic Port", then try to detect modem & unlock.

dear all, i've a ZTE modem, it is with T-mobile logo, the model is MF626, how to know whether it is locked or unlock? it should be locked by T-mobile, but they told me it is unlocked? is it locked modem could do unlocked solutions? so how to do that? thank you.

The software doesn't work without credits. Credits have to be payed with real money, right?

why it doesn't work on my modem ZTE MF627,
firmware version : BD_3GHAP673A4V1.0.0B04
IMEI : 355019038495819
S/N : 329400132428
??

the s/w says successfully unlocked the modem, but when re scan it is still locked, n when i start the connection manager it's still ask for the 12 digit unlocking code.

any advice dear possum22?
