Update the firmware of my Huawei E5372s-32. After updating I cannot login as admin. My previous Username and password are not working anymore. How can i gain admin control again?

hello,

you can try to reset it to factory default and then log in.

Factory reset it but still the admin and passwords are not working. I just downloaded and installed the older firmware. Now the username and passwords are working .
