Huawei b683 How to flash firmware

hi,

so I have huawei b683 with active simlock.... and because of that i need to flash firmware to remove simlock.

but i dont know how to do that because i did find several diferent firmwares but the problem is that they all have diferent firmware of wireless module and flashing process wont start...

So I hope you can help me and tell me how to flash new firmware ?
and is it possible to flash new firmware with diferent firmware of wireless module ?
