Hello,

I have few units Huawei E3276s-920 4G USB Stick. I had checked the specifications of this E3276 stick from HUAWEI E3276 Cat 4 150Mbps USB Modem Specs & Price | Buy HUAWEI E3276 4G LTE Surfstick online and the E3276 could support 4G TD-LTE band 38 & 40 (2300/2600MHz). I had used AT Command to show the details about the supported networks as below:

However, when i insert the China Mobile 4G SIM card, i can only connect to 2G GPRS network from China Mobile. I insert the 4G SIM card into Huawei E3276s-861 and it works well on 4G TD-LTE network. Does anybody know what's the problem about the Huawei E3276s-920 LTE Stick?
