How do I unlock Smile MF75X (manufactured by Harvilon)

Hi. Merry Christmas. I have a MiFi device from an ISP. The ISP is Smile Networks. It is locked/programmed to use only their own SIM cards. Upon inserting a SIM from another provider/network, it simply displays 'SIM Locked' on its built-in screen. It doesn't ask for an unlock code and as far as I can tell, there's no method to do so in the current firmware.

I removed the back cover and I saw the following model information:

Smile 4G LTE MiFi
Model: MF75X

I know Smile didn't actually manufacture the device. Searching online for MF75X led to Harvilon's website. I believe they are the actual manufacturer as there's a generic MF75X on their site.

I suspect that Smile's custom firmware is why I am not prompted to enter an unlock code. I believe if Harvilon's generic firmware is flashed unto the device, it will prompt for an unlock code.

I haven't been able to find any firmware for the device. I also don't have an unlock code.
