can u please elaborate the procedure i cannot unlock it by using sola gsm soft..
and also how the firmware version changes to 11.126.16.00.356

can u tell me what is the need of relocking of ur modem

the sola gsm is not detecting my device
can u tell me any other alternate way to unlock and also tell me what is the need of relocking
and how this will help

plz explain all about this soft.how 2 use this.some not succesfully use this software.............

after re lock our modem and again reset lock modem ..modem will unlock by sola setup...but if u unplug ur modem they will lock again...(i have never been update custom dashboard

Modem unlock ok but whenever i Plug out Modem and insert it again it says contact Idea customer care ??????? what is the solution for that ? sry for my bad english
