I've just tried unlocking a Huawei E353 with both logins you provided. For the level5 login, I get: Error verifying Credits balance.
For the user@test I get "NOT IN FREE VERSION".
The IMEI is 863974010162115
Is there a login for this server that would work for the Huawei E353?

By the way, I'm not sure if this is by design or not, but every time I re-try to generate an unlock code for the same IMEI with 'user@test', the available credit decreases by 1 (but I don't get an unlock code, as mentioned).

I am trying to unlock my ALcatel Text Edition SFR 262 with IMEI 862918010009686 with Provider F262G-2DSFR1 and is giving me the error at your server:

Socket Error # 10060
Connection timed out.

Can I have the unlock code?
