Member: 57612 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | E5577s-321 Just a question: Which is the latest factory firmware for E5577S-321? My current versions are: Hardware version: CL1E5573SM02 Software version: 21.316.01.01.77 Web UI version: 17.100.13.02.77 And how can I update it or debrand it? Thanks for your replies. |

Member: 57612 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Well, I think that the data traffic measurement doesn't work properly. Is it possible that the mobile operator might have manipulated the firmware in order to make the data traffic counter count a bit faster? After resetting the counter, once I measured 268 megabytes instead of 200 megabytes etc.. On another occassion I expected to receive an SMS about exhausting my data quota but the counter had already shown a much higher value in megabytes than it was in the reality. Another time I ordered 200 megabytes for a day to use it while I was making a trip by train. I have Kindle paperwhite 3 with the latest firmware and somehow all of a sudden the devices (E5577 and paperwhite 3) had just devoured all the 200 megabytes I ordered. As far as I remember it took only about 5 minutes. (once I turned off the device because I didn't want to believe how fast it is consumed) And it really annoyed me because I doubt you can download 200 megabytes almost all at once by a Kindle. As I said it has the latest firmware, so it was not a firmware download. I'm really puzzled about the whole thing. |
