it is a new modem from Etisalat Egypt + it is unlocked + without webgui the other version of it is Vodafone K4201-Z doesn't show com ports but you can get it into diag mode by going to s pecific link like the famous Huawei E303s HiLink

... but what i experience here is that i left the modem for like 3 months never plugged it to a computer and it was working very good two days ago i plugged it in and then installed the Dashboard when windows starts to install the modem+diag+nema windows gives the sound of an unplugged usb device and it shows in the in the device manger very fast and then it disappear and the light turn from red for one second and then on again on red stable light .. i know how to solve this issue with patching the NODOWNLOAD.FLG flag but the i need to get it into Diag Mode .. but it is restarting giving me no chance to deal with the com port .. please help as soon as possible or i'll throw this piece and waste another 50$ on a new modem .. thanks !
