This is not a bug. We read User Code and SPC on Read Info. For this, we send default SPC. In this phone SPC is changed.

Also keep in mind that, once wrong is SPC is sent, phone blocks communication for 10 secs so you can not read info.

You can simply use Rebuild EFS to reset everything to default.

every nck cdma user not use gsm forum and not know spc. they are how to solve directly unlock.
