no me deja flashear alcatel 8050a telcel mexico me manda este error nck

Sorry, i'am not speak this language.
Here we all respect each other and speak English here.

Try to enable debug logs and check what is wrong, posible some fille missing from firmware.

And what exactly is pre-charger?

I'am already told you, posible your firmware is wrong or imcomplete.
Make debug log and check what is wrong.

This error meen, you try to write unsigned file in signed phone.
Exe not allow this, and even if you will suceed to write this in phone, you will have dead phone after.
I'am higly recomend you to learn about what you want to do.
This will save your time, and posible moneys also.
