hi team

i get this error trying to unlock this phone

Selected connection metod: FLASH Mode
Exe version: NCKBox AndroidMTK 1.8.8.7
Selected model: OT-5085C
Action: Unlock
Reinsert phone battery.
Battery must be charged.
Phone must be off with battery inside.
Please insert USB cable now...
Detected : MediaTek USB Port (COM62)
Boot mode: Brom
Connect error[0xc0060005]: STATUS_BROM_CMD_FAIL
Boot Fail.!!!.
All done.

This phone i'am not have.
Without user help is not posible to provide any solution.
When someone will try to contact me and will have some time for testing, sure we will add unlock.
Till this time we are still here.
