When I try to flash the phone this message apears. I attach the pics with the problem. Thanks. |

Member: 11170 Status: Offline Sonork: 1603694 Thanks Meter: 6,944 | Not understand exactly what need to fix? If you use rj45 cable, cable must be for MTK , lg or samsung cable will not work. If you use usb and * button, need to select usb mode. This is mostly hardware things what you must make yourself. Is not posible to fix in exe this. |

Member: 74061 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 | The problem is that when I try to flash the soft don't let me flash with usb serial port only with com port; and when I try with the com port the phone do not answer. I flash the same phone with furios with usb port and the phone suport usb port. Please repair the software to let us flash this model with usb. Thanks again. |

Member: 11170 Status: Offline Sonork: 1603694 Thanks Meter: 6,944 | Com port not answer, really ?  Flashing api use official mtk dll what is used in all factory flashers for all brands. Is supported as well uart and usb flashing. And from lot of logs posted with this phone, all other people not have problem. Seems only you need to repair soft. from your first screenshot, you are selected com port instead of selecting "by USB" . If you want to use uart and select ...com port you must select virtual com port created by ftdi or prolific cable and use uart cable. Most posible you must fix your knowlege about phones, really now. Member: 74061 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 | In the first pic I try by com because the soft don't let you flash by usb, you can try it. When I select usb it appears a mess " Only com port to flash" something like that. You can try it. |
