i have my nck dongle activated huawei module activation and nck activation but my nck does not work can you please help me out to solve my problem

thanks for king fast response the main modules are now ok but i run nck huawei flasher so it does not work and its need user name and password even i have allready huawei activation

You posted in nckbox section, but you sayed some about nckdongle.
You downloaded installer from nckdongle section or from nckbox section?
I'am can't guss what you have, but just a hint, installers is not compatible.
if you have nckdongle, you must use nckdongle installers.
If you have nckbox, you must use nckbox installers.

How to be sure?
Open support acess or main module and check title from exe header.
