Damaged nvram and damaged protect partition can give this result.
You must restore it from working phone.
Was discussed about 100+ times, in exe help is writed about.
But really, who read help.

I'am not have china phones every day.
And nckbox is not china based tool.
NckBox do job, phone was flashed and alive.
But here need some things to make manual.

Mediateck phones have partition called nvram.
This partition hold imei and lot of other calibrations.
Also exist protect_f and protect_s partitions.

On phone start, is checked nvram integrity, protect integrity and some other things(hardware initializatios).
If this not pass, result will be null imei, even if imei in nvram is not damaged.
This is maked for security reason, somehow related with nokia.

This parititions, teoreticly not touched, and flashing have nothing to do with this partitions.
But, can be corupted, can be manipulated by users(now exists lot of tutorials how to mod your phone , even for noobs)

So if this partitios are corupted, must be restored from working phone.
Also try to make factory clear emmc.
Reboot phone in factory mode and execute line where write emmc.
Will be reloaded factory settings from nvram partition in temp /data/nvram partition.
In some cases this can help, if nvram as partition is not damaged.
Hope this will help you

Thank you very much for your patience!!! It's two days that I'm going crazy with this phone, read a lot of forums, finally found a backupped security folder but couldn't flash the files with the NCK, even if moved the files to the NCK default folder. This is really the first time I use NCK so it's pretty much to learn! Already updated to the last version the Android tool.
Tomorrow will try to make it following your advices. Thank you again for the theory lesson!

what you meen can't flash.
Posible posting exe log, will help to solve problem.
Make backup security, and see what names have backuped files.

Then simple rename files what you found to have to have same names.
