I cant register my new box [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

Hello
i bought a new box from shark gsm but when i tried to register it with nck serial reader i always get nck.com page with page not found please help me i dont know if i done it bad but i need the real tutorial about register the box

If serial reader not read box sn here is 2 posibilities.
1.Drivers is not installled= install driver.
2.You have other box, not nckbox = solve with reseller about.

I install all drivers and i get id but when i push register box i get nck.com page with "page not found"

contact your reseller and solve with him, seems you don t have an NCK Box inside of there is some mix up, becasue u don t even send us prof that this is nck box and u must turn of you firewall and anti virus or simply try on other pc if problem still same contact reseller
