Nck activation problem - GSM-Forum

My nck card was re-activated last month. And just yesterday it says the activation has expired. I contacted my reseller and he says its server problem. I decided to make complaint on the forum. Pls I want to know what the problem is. My card number is 8990XXXXX Pls I need urgent reply so that I can get back to my reseller. Thanks in advance.

THERE IS NO PROBLEM WITH SERVER , your card is expired 27-May-19 7:33:47 AM

so pls solve with your reseller.
