hi,

i have nck dongle and nck box in different locations, the dongle works absolutely fine however the box doesn't. . the box works fine when i first turn on the computer as it opens alright. it works fine as long as i calculate codes and use it constantly however after 10 mins or so inactivity the warning box appears automatically "Security Card not found" i checked windows task manager but there is nothing running in the background. the only solution is to restart the computer and open the software again....this cycle repeats.

Another issue is that i can't copy paste imeis into the imei box using CTRL+V as it only works with right mouse click then paste...
I never had these issues with the nck dongle.

Hi charikaar.
For me this is like hardware damaged box.

If box not have waranty, try to move security card from nckbox to nckdongle and check.
If box have waranty, try to talk with reseller.

I only bought the box Brand New less than 6 months ago from OrangeMobile ( www.gsmorange.com) so its still under warranty.

I will contact my reseller. Thanks

the issue is not with box rather in your port loosing power on ideal so solution is simple , change port or use external usb hub with power supply, or just close software when u don t use , because i assure u that if orange mobile test it and it works fine then..... sure he will return to u also make sure box not tampered no opened screws etc...

He tell me [09:45:50] ORANGE Mobile®: U need buy new one

I think there is one year manufacturer warranty with this box. All the screws are intact and nothing has been tampered with.

These issues occurs on various laptops,port, hubs etc therefore I believe this to be genuine issue due to manufacturing defect. I kindly request replacement with NCK Dongle.

hi.

recenlty ive had exactly same problems..

and my box is just over 1yr old and not covered by resellers warranty anymore..

so what i did was, ive opened up the box, cleaned up a bit contacts on card and put card back..
since then works like a charm

Main module work with buth nckdongle and nckbox.
Android mtk not.
If user have nckdongle, must be used nckdongle exe.
If user have nckbox, need to use nckbox exe.
I'am checked personally with many users and this is most common mistake maked.
If nckbox user will use nckdongle exe, error will be exactly this , smart card not found.
If nckdongle user will use nckbox exe, error will be exactly this , smart card not found.
