nck team pls help.....

i have a samsung s6 g9200 mtk6572 clone and there is a monkey virus.
ive perform malware remove , select all then delete.....
the deleting procedure is on process then it suddenly stop....
and my samsung s6 clone reboot...
after rebooting it is now stock on LOGO only...
and when i back up , and check in notepad++ my scatterfiles is HW_STORAGE_NAND there is no EMMC storage.... it is possible to revive the file that erase in NCK BOX here is the file that erase

nice update nck team.. but im hoping that your team add virus remover via preloader because most of the phone having a virus is cannot be access because of some error..

you don t need to understand anything now, it was simple 1 file missing on first installer version and was fixed already.

You have some conflict there on your pc, because nckbox update is working fine tested on many pcs here and with users also.

Try to check for you pc for loggers or sniffers

whybit is so, .... when you click remove malware , analyzed then remove.....
then suddenly when on process removing ... it will say deting failed and reboot .....
and now the status there is no virus completely.....
because my unit is LOGO only and Brick......

pls team... give an answer.... and solution to revive.........

there is nothing to answer really, we removed over 100 phones malware and not 1 with same issue as yours, u must have manually deleted system files.
And just for your info if log says deleting failed this means nothing removed and no files deleted, so really strange what you say is like i put phone on charge and it did not charge and in same time the charger is not plugged in electric socket...

simple reflash your phone.

But i think and you know i m right that you flashed phone with wrong firmware and got it in that stage and thinking if you blame software this will help you?

Backup is auto saved to backup directory.
You can open manually or from settings push on button.
And can be saved also with backup simlock button.
It's really so hard this?

HW_STORAGE_NAND meen phone have NAND flash ic, not EMMC flash ic.
Usually clone phones have very unstable firmwares.
Main idea when is maked this phone, is to sell, if it will work after also, then is super ok.
So here can be lot of explanations, including some missing important system functions.
What to do? is to reflash your phone.
You maked backup before right?
In case of clone or rare phones when is hard to find firmware is somehow logic move before do any.
