no wipe will not , we have special options for that , open software and you will see all and there is hep info in it also.

gr8 update nck team. well need a solution in mtk6592 micromax e353. i want to change preloader because after flash phone got dead and i took new handset and copy the file in bin and scatter too but after flashing nothing happen. i read factory file by xxxx tools. i flashed by every tool but same dead so i want to change preloader to wakeup the mobile

This is really not related to update topic, but will try to give you hint.
If you performed flashing by our tool, original preloader was saved before flash.
As well, if you maked security backup, preloader is saved.
If you not have saved preloader, and you use incompatible firmware, no matter what tool you will use this will not help you.
Incompatible firmware you can flash with any tool, result will be same, dead phone.
