  1. Fixed saving firmware for some new models.
  2. Scatter saving improved.

  5. Changed format function, now user can erase by specific adress or can select multiple partitions to be erased (need to load scatter in exe for this function).
  6. Added additional /vendor location for database search patch, sometimes database is not stored in /system folder.

OTP meen one time programmed, meen read only memory.
Solution to change otp imei exists from very long time, you must solder new compatible flash ic and write once otp imei.

To repair, just reflash phone and imei will come back.
In some cases missing imei in phones with otp imei can meen also hardware damage(unsoldered or damaged modem ic)
