Without any log is very hard to understand what you meen.
If you talk about phones with OTP imei, it's not bug, exe not support OTP imei.
Also many times imei got null from damaged hardware or corrupted firmware.
Also some phones not allow to repair imei in meta mode.
And list can continue.
If you have any problem, make thread and post log, nobody can guess what you have in your mind.

i did 2 sets infinix x624 and tecno cf7 but after using 2.2 version success with no problems and am still using 2.2

From version 2.2 was lot of changing, including flashing for helio, read firmware so on so on.
You can use old version if you want, if it's ok for you, but stop spam in section.
Also sugestion, read my repply once again, slow and carefully.
If you not understand some, use google translate or ask some friend to translate you.
