Both Support Site have working setup. We have two locations for Setup Files for user's ease so they can download from alternate source if one is not working.

so it is unlocked to use other CDMA network, here you must understand something, if Samsung not make this phone hardware to accept GSM how can you make it GSM ?

CDMA phone will be unlocked to work cdma, this rules all world's phones not just samsung.

in G900P is different story because phone is GSM and WCDMA so it allow. and hardware not fixed for cdma only.
