Please sync Shell Database by Shell > Auto Update > Update DB so all supported models will be updated in Shell.

You can also use Auto Updater to download this Update directly or download Installer from Shell > Installer Tab.

previous procedure of exe on support was best the new shell procedure too much get time to waste it

Just to add to what Fast Unlocking already said, it is really strange that downloading larger file is good for you instead of using Shell to download only updated files.

Hi,
I have a NCK BOX from about August of 2014.
It is fully registered and paid for.
It is working well but since this year I am UNABLE to download the setup files from the website or through the Support area of the software.
Each time the download terminates with an error.
I have Broadband internet connection and have tried different computers with the same results.
I would really like to get these new setup files.
Please help me!

Hi, Support software download from website does not even need box any user in the world can simply register and account and download so really this not make any sense.

Support software ? what you talk about here?

you simply use main module software NCKBox.exe and go to settings tab, press Go Support Button and it will work regardless if it is 1 year activated or not, the download are not restricted to activations.

the actual use of new updates is only.

When I go into main module software NCKBox.exe and go to settings tab, press Go Support Button the file will not download fully.
When it reaches a little distance the download will STOP with an error.
The files will not completely download.
I am talking about:
NCK BOX All In One Full Installers Setup v1.0
NCK BOX Main Module v5.5
NCK BOX Samsung Bug Fix v0.7.3
NCK BOX Android MTK Module v1.8.4.7
NCK BOX CDMA Module v2.3

These files are NOT downloading, they will reach 99% and just terminate.
The gsmwiki.com server is terminating the downloads before they complete.
DONT BE RUDE.
JUST HELP ME PLEASE.

you need to chill really, nobody is being rude with you, it is only now you explain more, all our team downloading ok, all our nearly 30K users downloading also ok, and downloads are not related to activation at all, so please tell where can be the problem?

Maybe your firewall? or antivirus blocking files from being saved to pc? this is the only case of reaching 99% and stopping that would face an issue.

also you can try using shell software to update.

If i am in Jamaica would that cause a problem?

To be honest so many users we have from your country and from African regions without any problem , just disable firewall and anti virus then try again, if not work try using shell.
