This error is mostly related to bad emmc chip.

this phone is show logo only,after i flash wrong firmware 7040a goes dead

i forgot the phone 7040e

Yes, many time this can happen.
If phone have damaged emmc, firmware is damaged, but still can boot somehow phone.
When you make flash, firmware is erased, and can't be writed back.
Result= dead phone.
Stuck on log, not meen phone is working, meen phone start somehow up to logo
and can't start kernel.

sir what should i do,i have bin file back-up from the other phone

Damaged emmc meen hardware damage.
You can try to change EMMC ic from another phone.
