NCK+UMT smarr card stopped working - GSM-Forum

Hi last nite my pc usb port killed my smart card. Other dongles and cards are working. I have even put the smart card in different dongle and viseversa but keep on getting msgs that smart card not found. Please help me out here. Thanks in advance

Hardware damaged dongle can't be solved online.
If dongle is under waranty, you must contact your reseller.
