If you really have no idea from where to start diagnostic, try to visit some repair shop.
This will save your time and posible moneys also.

Imei is okay.before phone show network but cannot make call or receive.I have searched network manually I have error not registered to network or sim card error.After full reset I have no service now.Is this phone can be locked and don’t ask for code?i have seen in nck software région unlock but I don’t know how to connect phone to software to try this function .help needed please

If phone is locked, it will not allow you to perform manual search.
If phone not register on network, can be 5 posible reasons.

1.Problem with sime card.
2.Problem with frequency band if phone come from another country.
3.Banned imei
4.Problem with phone firmware, someone writted "compatible" firmware what not totally compatible with phone or phone have corupted firmware
5.Hardware damage what can cause this(easy to check)

But need to make correct diagnostic and find what exactly cause this.
About how to connect phone to pc....
Exists lot of tutorials about , on google and youtube.
Only take care, oppo is not exctly brand to play with it.
If you will erase nvram without backup for example, you will get a expensive toy without posibility to make it fully working again.
