ot 5038d error flashing [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

hello team i had tow phones ot 5038d stuck on logo i had backup frimware from 1 phone and reflashing after change android+user data files and flashing succeed but the second phone appears error while flashing log.. Flash files count is :15
Action : Firmware update.
Selected Model: 0-By CPU: MT6582
Exe version: NCKBox AndroidMTK 1.8.9.0
Scenario: [0]Safe Flash
Reinsert phone battery.
Battery must be charged.
Phone must be off with battery inside.
Please insert USB cable now...

Boot mode: Brom
Using Algo 1.

You have damaged emmc flash ic.
Your flash id is very strange.
Try to reball first cpu and emmc, if not work, will need to change.
