nck qualcomm module deleted the qcn from one that I have

nck qualcomm module can delete qcn only if you will press erase efs button, will accept exe warning and will connect phone.
So better will be to say, i'am erased by mistake efs from z983, right?

i didn't press erase efs I just flash the phone

In this case can be problem with phone or with firmware.
Here nobody can guess what problem you have.
Where is log?
Where is detailed info about problem?
