"setup was interrupted your system has not been modified to install this program at a later time please run the installation again .(w7 professional 32 bits)"
not antivirus !

Open installer in admin mode.
This must solve problem.

it was not that solution, it was a Windows problem (network framework)
now it's coming out is error !
