Member: 11170 Status: Offline Sonork: 1603694 Thanks Meter: 6,944 | Most posible problem is with your windows or pc hardware, not with exe. com ports not have any relation with any exe, it depend on drivers and windows kernel. So, if device conected and drivers is installed, com port must be present in device manager. About support login , just reinstall exe. Some user reported this bug some time ago and we reuploaded installer. |
