problem on my box [ANSWERED]


hi nck team
after u update my yearly activation
i face 2 problem on my box
first port com not work and not shown in device manager
and second problem i can't log in in support area i face this error

Most posible problem is with your windows or pc hardware, not with exe.
com ports not have any relation with any exe, it depend on drivers and windows kernel.
So, if device conected and drivers is installed, com port must be present in device manager.

About support login , just reinstall exe.
Some user reported this bug some time ago and we reuploaded installer.
