all other exe is runing cool except
SPRD Module and NCK Box Samsung Module
any solution

Most posible you have nckdongle and you open nckbox exes.
If in main module show nckdongle, you must use nckdongle executables.

No i am using nck box pro and iam sure it box exe

we have same problem here with a customers new box (purchased yesterday)

we have swapped it for an nck dongle for him to get him up and running, but seems a problem with nck box SPD and samsung modules

all others work ok

no card updates are available on the nck main module

please advise how we can fix this issue

yes exactly the same issue all same problem even i purchase 1/11
we are waiting the solution as soon as possible

This is very true. I bought new NCK Pro this week. Blacberry Module, Samsung Module and SPD module does not open. Same error. Please fix

Blacberry Module was never released for nckbox.
Samsung module and sprd module will be reuploaded today.
We know already about, not necesarry to post again and again and again same things.
