Unlock procedure started, waiting for phone.
Attach Testpoint and connect phone with Micro USB cable.
Connecting to boot.
Port : Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 (COM24)

it hangs after first run
need help

If phone have latest firmware(based on log seems yes) is not posible to unlock by cable, you must unlock your phone by code.

phone has no firmware updated
just 2.3.x

Is not about firmware update, is about phone manufacture date.
This date is under battery label written.
Use search button, you will find many posts about, and not only in our section.
