If factory reset is not performed, this meen phone not support this metod or disabled by firmware.

No, is not posible.
Here we not talk about cpu, we talk about specific phone with specific firmware.
To find this old phone here even teoreticly is not posible.
Not sure if you know this, phone have inside other components also and firmware, not only cpu.
Try to google about, you will find many info about this.
