t679 unlock error [ANSWERED]

nck team need your help im trying to unlock a t679 phone but error i can read info ok but direct unlock or read code dont work can u help me

update fast unlocking its t679m from bell that i was trying to unlock by selecting t679 wont go into qualcomm mode even tho it pick up the port but that for trying to help me
