Is not about big or small deal.
If you want to get help, you must post logs, info about problem.
Phone tehnical details also is importat.
Problem posible is very important for you, but witout any information from your side is really complicate to provide normal answer.
Also we have very easy rule.
If phone is listed, this meen phone is supported, if phone is not listed, meen it's not supported.
If you want only to know if it's supported and not want to help in adding support, open exe and check.
Will be more easy for you.
