Yearly Activation Problem!! HELP!! - GSM-Forum

Good, I have the following doubt, I have the NCK Pro box with access to the NCK and UMT tools, but now I get my annual UMT activation expired, I turn to my provider and I find 2 separate activation options, 1 for NCK (20.5 credits) and another for UMT (22.5 credits), I still have active support from NCK until October, and the box has two different serial numbers for each GROUP, my question is if I buy an annual activation of UMT which is What do I need, does NCK support include me too?, or would I have to buy NCK support again in October too ?, because when I bought the box and activated it for the first time, the two activations came together. greetings !!

If you need only UMT, you can activate only umt.
This 2 tools share same card and is not related one with other.
Each tool have different activation and different support.

So, although I bought the NCK Box PRO a little more expensive, in order to use the two tools (NCK and UMT), do I have to buy the two activations separately, as if I had two boxes?

You buyed 2 tools what share same smart card.
And yes, this 2 tools what have different sections, different activation, different support.
Expensive?
We keep most low price for activations and provide constant updates and support.
In fact it meen few phones maximum, unlocked or repaired if you not work only for food.
Really not know what add more here

friend, the idea is to make a constructive contribution, maybe I thought there was an option to buy the activation that would include the 2 tools at once, and I had a discount lol, instead of buying NCK 20. credits and UMT 22 credits in my case , i wanted an option like NCK and UMT 30credits or something like that !!

You must talk about discount with your reseller.
Buying only 2 activation, is not subject of discount.
Discount usually is offered for quantity, anyway this only your reseller can decide.

Also, really not understand how will be " a constructive contribution" if you will pay half of price

We make and sell tool for service shops, not for individuals.
If for you activation price is too high, posible will be more ok for you to visit some service shop and simple pay and repair your phone?

Anyway, this thread is about nothing really.
Will close it now.
