Hi!

Please try Main NCK Box Module and goto ZTE Modem TAB to unlock modem.

Or

Run NCK Box CDMA Module and goto ZTE Modem TAB, Press Unlock Button.
If not work, please do Read Info and post screenshot here.

Use CDMA Module, select MF190 and try unlock.
