Try to use different cable, different port, or try updating drivers to latest one.
You can download driver from support too.

Check in CDMA Drivers folder on support area.

There is a file name ZTE_QSC1100_USB_Driver.zip. Try to update driver from that file.

For Driver Update process, please search Google.

I am sure, that you read my previous post properly and tried with other cable and other usb port also. I recommend using Computer Back USB Port.
