It's ZTE KIS Max 3 .... (Also known as ZTE Blade G Lux)

Nothing to do with alcatel ..... but - it's MTK CPU inside, MT6572 ...

Official SD-Card update rom can be found HERE,
look under country SPAIN, and product - blade lux g.

I managed to find stock backup from working phone, download - HERE
(ROM is for SPFlashTool, it should remove privacy password after flashing)

On that link, you also have modded rom from PHILIPS S308
(in form of update.zip, for custom recovery)

HERE is another backup for custom recovery, put it on internal storage or sdcard,
path : /clockworkmod/backup

Two Custom recoveries with instructions - download HERE

warning: READ NVRAM partition first, before playing !

use attached scatter, go to tab READ MEMORY, add,
select save location, name file NVRAM.bin,
enter start address : 0x1000000 , length : 0x500000

read it ... and after, you can play (FULL FORMAT phone, etc.).

You are obviously doing something wrong.
After flashing preloader, dsp_bl and uboot, boot, recovery, EBR1
phone should charge on usb cable.

Flash file I posted is reported to be working.
Of course, user is the one that takes risk when flashing phone.

Also, there is option to make full backup from phone, in SPFT.
It's the last hope when everything else fails.

btw, flashing mentioned boot and other files, can make phone enter recovery,
when you have that you can use official update.zip files.

ok, two things :

1st : Did you select (ticked and manually select files which are NOT ticked) from spflashtool, after loading scatter file ?
(by default, some files are not selected / loaded by default)

See THIS link to know what I talk about,
on that link is how manually select just recovery, but it applies to your case,
if some files are not ticked.

2nd: Recovery mode is entered by Volume UP + Power on on 90% phones,
so try that, if 1st doesn't help.

Yea two files are not selected by default. (cache and userdata). I flash over and over again. It flash successfully but it always boot and stops at the zte sign.

Yea I know it's up and power to go to recovery. But this recovery is funny. I need to press down to go to the section to flash or reset the phone and the down key not working. When you press up that is to select your choice so the cursor is at "reboot phone". |

Please can you source another flash file for sptool?

I cant help more, since user reported flash file as working in post #3.
Cant say for sure if it's software problem or not.
It may be hardware problem easily.
