How to Hard Reset Vodafone 945 ZTE Joe while its is asking for email account and password when i turn it on

If its not possible to hard reset then tell me how can I flash it

When i hold Power + volume down button its goes into FTM mode dont know what is it

When i try to enter in Recovery mode holding volume up + Power button there comes a seaching symbol on the screen but it does not enter in recovery mode

in this situation how can i flash it plz tell ?????

1. Volume up, answer key, power on key.
2. Wait for 10-15 sec.
3. From list choose wipe data/factory reset
4. Enjoy

Instructions :
1.) Power off Phone
2.) Press and Hold Volume down + power on button for 6 seconds ( u will See Sand watch On Screen )
3.) Connect Usb At same Time and open Downloaded File
4.) If all ok it will close .... and your phone will be Wiped ;-)

same problem, big FTM on the phone screen and Echo is OFF on the program...the phone is not reseted

Download

Instructions :

OK, done, with @dawood1208 support, the thing was: first strat the program then connect the USB cable.
