PROBLEM - STOCK ON LOGO

( I TRY TO HARD RESET BUT SAME PROBLEM )

Go to THIS Link, select country - India,
and you have N799D of 4 different operators.
Download needed update for desired operator,
unpack and put on sdcard, put sdcard in phone,
start phone in recovery mode, and make update.
