need firmware zte t83 - GSM-Forum

please help i have this phone zte t83 and its stock on logo. it doesnt come on again i have done hard reset to no avail i think the only thing is to flash it with it firmware i have search on google to no avial please kindly help me

please help this is happening in my zte t83 "Encryption Unsuccessful Encryption was interrupted and can't complete. As a result, the data on your phone is no longer accessible. To resume using your phone, you need to preform a factory reset. When you set up your phone after the reset, you'll have an opportunity to restore any data that was backed up to your Google account." So I pressed the button that said reset because that was the only button to show up. As soon as it reset it went back to the encryption unsuccessful screen so I tried to do a hard reset still didn't work. i dont no what to do next

It is a sign of hardware malfunctioned eMMC (Flash memory) chip,
which is very common thing among Huawei/zte devices.

No software can help in such case, as that is hardware issue.
