ZTE Blade Hard Reset. - GSM-Forum

Tools needed :

Program called fastboot

Extract the files.
Open command prompt -> Go to Start-Run - type : CMD

Use the -w option

Turn on phone holding the volume up button & connect it to PC.
Pics will help you to do the rest .

Don't work on zte racer and zte link and zte blade. I install zte diagnostic interface DFU driver. Cmd prompt stay on "waiting for device". (on xp)

ANy help pls?

try this if working
