Member: 2512844 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Zte blade s6 help needed I recently tried to upgrade the firmware on my ZTE Blade S6. I used the option to upgrade on the phone from SD CARD. However, I used the wrong upgrade file - used the UK version instead of China version and now the phone is unusable. Stuck in power off mode - just blank screen. The blue light on the home button comes on when plugged into the charger. Cannot access download mode by holding power and volume up button. Is there anyway to fix this? Can anyone help? Please post here or send me a message ZTE Customer Services are a waste of time. |

So, visit some zte service centre / customer care, and tell them that phone just powered off itself. p.s. I found on other forum, some info about forced update, if your phone will accept it ... take a try, nothing to loose. Quote:
