I just tell that it's not unlocking, offcourse phone works with a non accepted sim but it's still locked.

Maybe hes got wrong Title BUT still very useful post.
Phone not unlocked but is able to use non accepted sims with the help of special adapter sim, Maybe Tornado programable sim will also work. I will try when I can find my old doorstops
