If your phone appears in device manager,
when holding volume down/up keys and insering cable,
as disk drive + QUALCOMM device,

then it can be repaired.

try volume keys combinations, if something appears,
write here, I have full system images of such phone.

p.s. it cant be repaired on JTAG boxes, it's new QUALCOMM msm8610 device.

Dead boot.

Find QPST 2.7.402, install it, download THIS,

Read THIS guide, part named "How to recover Megafon Login 3 from the "brick" "

If you manage to program it with QPST, you will have eMMC mode
(visible HDD drive from RAW HDD software),
then you can program it with that software, guide is on that page too,
download link for eMMC image - HERE

p.s. if not showing up in device manager as HS-USB 9008 port, check attached picture, testpoint.
Short them, and it should appear in device manager.

p.s. attached image from QPST too, check it for how-to

Try with other rom. Search for " GEN_EU_P821E10V1.0.0B10_FUS_DL " ROM, or download HERE
it repairs 100% all software dead phones.

Use attached tool, to creade .qcn file, which can be uploaded to phone,
via QPST (QPST Sowtware Download / Restore option)

Take a try. Put exe and dll file from archive on root of your windows drive ...

If EFS is okay, it should see sim card again ...
